- Events beyond our reasonable control
We shall not be liable for losses arising from temporary interruptions.
Limitation of Liability

Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account immediately where:
- You breach these Terms.
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
- Required verification is not completed.
- We are required to do so by law or regulatory authorities.
- Continued provision of the Services would expose SGI or other users to unacceptable risk.
You may close your account by contacting our customer support team.
Termination does not affect any rights, obligations, liabilities, outstanding loans, repayment obligations, or accrued fees existing prior to termination.
Privacy
Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, process, store, and protect your personal information.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Dispute Resolution
We encourage users to first contact our customer support team to resolve disputes amicably.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Mediation Act, 2023, or any amendment thereto.
The arbitration shall take place in Nigeria, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
Nothing in this section prevents SGI from seeking interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary.
Changes to These Terms
We may amend these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, legal obligations, or business practices.

Your continued use of our Services after such changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
